Very good! I realize that there is also a correlation between domestic violence and (atmetpted)suicide. I had to turn someone in to the police for suspected abuse, manly because the partner had recently tried to kill herself.

RE: No, you need to read more of his stuff. He's a deflationist, but aregus that it won't happen because the system is corrupt in the sense that it no longer operates according to the rules we all think are in play. The inflation comes not because resources are scarce in the normal sense, but because they are more or less finite (true) while the amount of cash flowing into the system is ever increasing under the scheme. With the fed buying a majority of new US debt through buy-backs with it's primary dealers (monetization) and banks not having to take the losses that exist in reality, the supply of money is indeed growing. While we have every right to expect deflation in a world that followed normal rules, the corruption of the system has skewed the outcome toward a falsehood that, as it stands now, is apparently sustainable. We'll see, eh? Rate this comment: 0 0

RE: A divorce court has no ahtrouity over the original agreement between a party that is not part of the divorce case. In other words, if I lend a husband and wife some cash with each one individually responsible, then the divorce court cannot change that agreement. What the divorce court can order, however, is who is responsible between the two, former married couple, for the debt. If a party does not hold up to this agreement, then the divorce court is the proper venue, right before the same Judge that signed the order again the third party is not part of that case. The Bankruptcy court has ahtrouity, however, to terminate the legal responsibility to pay back debt, within the bounds of the bankruptcy code. (I am no attorney, but it is my basic understanding that debt secured by primary residential real estate is, generally speaking, not subject to much discretion. See the whole cram down issue regarding mortgage debt and bankruptcy.) Rate this comment: 0 0
